Privacy Notice
Effective October 30, 2026
This notice explains how information is handled in the 3R Timecards internal portal. 3R Inspection Services LLC operates the portal for authorized employees, contractors and administrators. Ironclad Digital LLC provides the portal technology.
Information handled by the portal
Depending on the features you use, records may include your name, email, contact details, address, job title, project assignments, resume, qualifications, certifications and emergency-contact information. Timecards may include work dates, hours, mileage, per diem, expenses, receipts, project details, signatures, approvals and correction history.
The service also processes account and sign-in information and technical information needed to operate and protect the portal, such as request, error and activity records. Provide only information needed for the work or requested by 3R. Do not upload unrelated sensitive documents.
Why information is used
Information supports timekeeping, review and approval, expense administration, personnel qualifications, operational reporting, account management, support and recordkeeping. Activity and change history help 3R review corrections, investigate issues and maintain records.
Access and service providers
Access depends on account permissions and assigned responsibilities. Your records may be available to authorized 3R personnel who review timecards, administer accounts or manage personnel records. Technology and service providers process information as needed to host, authenticate, store, deliver notifications and support the portal.
Authorized users can download records and reports. 3R manages how those exported records are used and shared outside the portal. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a lawful request.
Cookies and browser storage
The portal uses cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and browser storage to coordinate sign-in changes between tabs. These support authentication and normal operation. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out or prevent features from working.
Retention and protection
3R determines record-retention requirements based on operational needs and applicable obligations. Ending access does not automatically erase historical timecards, approvals or other records. Ask 3R about the retention requirements that apply to your information.
The portal uses authentication and access controls to restrict access. No system can eliminate every security risk. Protect your password, sign out on shared devices and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Questions and requests
Contact admin@3rinspection.com with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information. 3R may need to verify your identity. Available rights and the handling of requests depend on applicable law and recordkeeping requirements; some records may need to be retained.
Updates
3R may update this notice as the service or its practices change. The current notice and effective date will be available here. This notice does not replace rights or notices required by applicable law.
